By warranty deed dated October 17, 1955, Westglen Park, Inc., conveyed to W. P. Maddox six lots, to-wit, Lots 7 and 8 in Block 3/7295 of Westglen Park Addition No. 1, and Lots 23, 24, 25 and 26 in Block 3/7295 of Westglen Park Addition No. 2, to the City of Dallas, in Dallas County, Texas. The consideration recited in the deed was (a) $10.00; (b) the sum of $7,500 cash which Casa Linda State Bank paid to Westglen; and (c) a note of $9,600 executed...
