This suit was brought pursuant to provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (29 U.S.C.A., §§ 201-219) by plaintiffs (some 45 in number) to recover (1) alleged unpaid overtime compensation; (2) an additional 100% of the foregoing item as liquidated damages and (3) attorney's fees; defendant Neuhoff Bros., Packers, being their present or former employer.
