The plaintiff commenced this action against the defendants for personal injuries claimed to have been suffered by reason of a motor vehicle collision which happened on March 18, 1953.

At the time of the collision the plaintiff was entitled to compensation under and by virtue of the Workmen's Compensation Act of this state. The plaintiff duly notified the Oregon State Industrial Accident Commission of his injuries...
