HALLEY, Justice.

This is an action by Ernest O. Russell against Thomas Buckner and wife; seeking a permanent injunction restraining defendants from trespassing upon adjoining land, removing fences, building new fences thereon and attempting to appropriate plaintiff's land to their own use.
