Defendant has been found guilty of failure to stop at the scene of an accident and failure to exhibit his operator's license and to give identification at the scene in violation of section 1025 of The Vehicle Code of May 1, 1929, P. L. 905, 75 PS §634. He now moves in arrest of judgment.
