1. This is an action of assault and battery which resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $1,000 general damages and $1,000 punitive damages. The defendant presents four assignments of error. Under the first assignment the defendant asserts that the court erred in sustaining the objection to the following question put to the plaintiff on cross-examination: "Q You think you should honestly be entitled...
