This case involves an appeal from the Probate Court for the District of Addison by Dorothy Murray, hereinafter referred to as the appellant. The probate court allowed the account of the special administrator of the James R. Cartmell estate. The appellant appealed from that order to the county court and as a part of the appeal filed her objections thereto.
