This is a workmen's compensation case in which the question is whether the board's finding that the claimant suffered the permanent loss of the use of his leg should be sustained.

The claimant, Frank J. Curran, broke his leg (fractured the right tibia and fibula) in the course of his employment with the defendant on January 30, 1952. He received workmen's compensation...
