The appellants, as plaintiffs in the court below, bring this appeal by reason of a summary judgment being entered against them in a personal injury cause. In the complaint the plaintiff, Glenn Lincoln Weigl, a minor sixteen years of age, was shot by Thomas Cook, a minor sixteen or seventeen years of age, on September 3, 1956, and the suit was filed for his injuries and consequential damage to his father.
