This appeal seeks relief under Fed. Rules Civ.Proc. rule 60(b), 28 U.S.C.A., from a judgment of dismissal with prejudice in the district court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. It seems that the plaintiff has had two suits filed for his alleged cause of action under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S. C.A. § 51 et seq. While suit was pending in Ohio but before plaintiff's present counsel had entered an appearance in the Pennsylvania...
