This bill in equity originally sought the imposition of a constructive trust in the plaintiffs' favor upon certain real estate owned by the defendants, one Rome and his wife, on the ground that it had been purchased by them in violation of a fiduciary duty owed by them to the plaintiffs. The bill was later twice amended (a) to allege that the plaintiffs communicated to the defendants certain confidential views...
