Defendants Vernon P. Olmstead and O. Pearl Olmstead (appellant), husband and wife, owned and operated a business known as the Orchards Sport and Cabinet Shop. On and prior to January 1, 1954, defendants had become heavily indebted to creditors who had supplied them with merchandise used in the business.
