Defendant appeals from an order of the District Court denying his motion for relief under Title 28 U.S.C. § 2255.

Defendant, represented by counsel, entered a plea of not guilty to the charges contained in an eleven-count indictment. Later, defendant obtained leave to withdraw his plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty to Counts One to Eight, inclusive, whereupon the Court granted the motion of the Government to dismiss Counts...
