Plaintiffs (appellants) Gwen, Blair and Jayne Gilbert are the minor children, and Delores Gilbert is the widow, of Jay Gilbert, deceased. The village of Bancroft is a municipal corporation, existing under the laws of this state. The village owns and operates a water system supplying water to the inhabitants and residents of the village for a monetary consideration...
