Schulte, doing business as Schulte Realty Company, and Jesse Cox, real estate brokers, to recover a commission claimed to be due them from the defendants for breach of a real estate brokerage contract of employment. From a judgment in favor of the defendants, plaintiff Schulte has appealed.
