Plaintiff has appealed from a verdict of a jury and a judgment in accordance therewith, dismissing her suit for damages which she alleged had been suffered when a Harley-Davidson motorcycle which she was riding was struck by a Cadillac automobile owned and operated by one Fernand Guidroz, on the afternoon of November 28, 1955, at the intersection of Simcoe and North Sterling Street in the city of Lafayette, Louisiana.
