Appellant was convicted of the possession of marijuana, was placed on probation for five years upon condition that he serve 90 days in jail and he appeals from the judgment.

Appellant was represented by counsel at the trial; thereafter other counsel was substituted and later at his request appellant was substituted and he prosecutes the appeal in propria persona. Pursuant to stipulation, the action was tried upon the transcript of the evidence...
