Both defendants were convicted by a jury of 10 counts of felony — six counts of forgery, two counts of forging the seal of the State of California, one count of grand theft, and one count of conspiracy to commit the foregoing offenses. Sentence on count X was ordered to run consecutively to that on count I, sentences on all other counts to run concurrently with that on count I. Both defendants appeal from the judgments and presumably from the orders...
