This is an action to recover damages for injuries sustained by plaintiffs when the automobile in which they were riding was struck by a motor vehicle which had been stolen from the parking lot of Sley System Garages, Inc. (Sley hereinafter); the individual defendant was the owner of the stolen vehicle. Plaintiffs suffered a compulsory nonsuit as to the owner; at the conclusion of plaintiffs' case Sley moved for binding instructions...
