This is an appeal from an order dated April 24, 1957, which dismissed a complaint in chancery for declaratory decree by L.J. Batman and wife against J.B. Creighton et al. The purpose of the suit was to have certain restrictive covenants held inoperative. Testimony was taken before the lower court and at the conclusion a decree was entered adverse to the plaintiffs.
