These consolidated cases involve claims for damages to livestock in Salt Lake and Utah Counties, Utah, allegedly caused by the emission of gaseous and miniscular particles of fluorine from the United States Steel furnaces at Geneva, Utah. The three hundred claims of livestock owners involving common questions of law and similar facts, were grouped into these cases and others unappealed.
