The appellant, defendant in the court below, files this appeal from his conviction for uttering a forged instrument.

The defendant has assigned four points on this appeal but in view of the fact that we will have to reverse the lower court upon the first point, the other three points raised are not decided. The first point is whether or not the failure of the court to have read to the jury portions of the testimony about which they are in doubt...
