The defendants have appealed from an order entered by a judge of the Superior Court appointing a committee of three disinterested persons to ascertain and assess such damages as the defendants may sustain from the taking by condemnation of certain riparian rights by the plaintiff. Nineteen other actions involving similar issues have been combined with this appeal and will be governed by its disposition.
