Luther C. Hardy sued Mrs. Henry Waits and Mrs. Barbara McLoud to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained in an automobile collision. The defendant Waits filed a counter-claim seeking to recover property damage growing out of the collision. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant's counter-claim.
