In the first count of their petition plaintiffs sought an equitable decree quieting their title to the land described therein, for other relief in the nature of an injunction, and for an accounting. The second count was in ejectment. The land involved is a portion of a tract condemned by the City of Kansas City, Missouri, in 1909, for use as a park.
