This is a personal injury suit brought by Bernard A. Gottschalk, individually and as next friend for William Charles Gottschalk, a minor, against Gerald W. Rudes as defendant. Plaintiffs charged a number of acts of negligence and the defendant charged acts of contributory negligence against the minor plaintiff.
