Mr. and Mrs. Brusowankin and Mr. and Mrs. Krampf bought three attractively wooded homesites (the Brusowankins two lots, and the Krampfs one), high on a ridge overlooking a valley in a rapidly developing area of northwest Baltimore. Two years later, Samson Construction Company, Inc., bought a twenty-three acre tract that touched the three lots, on which it planned to build houses for sale. It hired Raymond W. Coffman...
