This is an action by plaintiff for injunctive relief restraining and prohibiting the defendant from obstructing the use of a way of passage allegedly constituting a public street located within the corporate limits of the Town of Jonesboro in Jackson Parish. After trial on a rule nisi a preliminary injunction was issued.
