(hereafter called United) to Raymond J. Schaecher and Martin Kux, a partnership doing business as Schaecher-Kux Lumber Company (hereafter called Schaecher-Kux). Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship, there being more than $3,000 in controversy.
