Plaintiff, a pedestrian, was hit by, or ran into, a car driven by the defendant Romano Sanvidotti. The jury brought in a defendant's verdict. The plaintiff appeals from the judgment entered on that verdict. She challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, and contends that the trial court committed reversible error when it refused to give a proffered instruction. Both contentions lack merit.
