OPINION BY HIRT, J., June 11, 1958:

On July 30, 1954, the plaintiffs, husband and wife, contracted with the defendant Greenhill Farms of Lower Merion, Inc., for the purchase of a dwelling house then in the course of construction. We will refer to this corporation as Greenhill. The total purchase price was $35,400. In the sales agreement Greenhill, the seller, assumed liability for such latent defects in construction...
