This appeal involves a suit for damages arising out of a head-on collision between an AJF motorcycle and a one-half ton pick-up truck a few minutes before 9 o'clock in the morning on September 26, 1955, on Fourth Street at or near the intersection of Brown Street in Harvey, Louisiana.
