This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing a complaint against the defendant for disturbing the peace contrary to an ordinance of the city of Lincoln.

The complaint charged that defendant, on May 23, 1955, within the corporate limits of the city of Lincoln, did unlawfully disturb the peace and quiet of a neighborhood, contrary to the ordinances of the city of Lincoln and against the peace and dignity of the State of Nebraska. The defendant...
