This is an appeal from a judgment denying plaintiffs' prayer for an injunction entered after a final hearing. In support of his judgment, the district judge made findings of fact and conclusions of law1 which correctly and adequately state the facts and the controlling principles of law. Because they do, we adopt them as our own and order the judgment
