This is an employee's original petition for compensation. The case was heard by a trial commissioner who on January 16, 1957 entered a decree wherein it was found that the petitioner while at work in the respondent's employ in June 1955 had aggravated a pre-existing back condition which partially incapacitated him as of May 16, 1956. From this decree the respondent appealed to the full commission which on April 9, 1957 entered a decree affirming...
