This is an action for workmen's compensation, as provided in cases of permanent and total disability. The basis of plaintiff's claim is that he suffered a heat stroke or heat exhaustion June 9, 1956, with recurrences on June 11 and 12, 1956, which aggravated a pre-existing state of psychoneurosis.
