Plaintiff filed this suit on May 10, 1955 individually for medical expenses paid on behalf of his minor daughter, Sandra Kimball, and individually on behalf of the minor for damages for personal injuries suffered by the latter while a guest passenger in the back seat of a Buick sedan being driven by the minor daughter of the insured, as the result of an automobile accident which occurred on August 7, 1954.
