This is an appeal by plaintiff, Omaha Paxton Hotel Company, from a judgment rendered by the district court for Douglas County affirming the action of defendant Board of Equalization in fixing the basic value of plaintiff's land and improvements located at the southwest corner of Fourteenth and Farnam Streets in Omaha.
