On June 22, 1955, a suit for specific performance was commenced in the circuit court of Cook County by the vendee, Raymond S. Schiff, against Margaret Breitenbach, vendor, to compel the conveyance of four unimproved city lots located in Evanston. Thereafter a separate action was filed in the same court on behalf of the State to foreclose certain tax liens against this and other property...
