The question here is whether the Court properly granted summary judgment. In doing so it held that the loss of jewelry displayed in a show window of the retail dealer to whom the Assured had consigned the diamonds was not covered by reason of the exclusion1 of "property exhibited by the Assured" in showcases or windows away from the Assured's premises.
