This is a condemnation case and the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Appellees, Texas Turnpike Authority and the City of Dallas, Texas, instituted this suit on November 21, 1956, to condemn a tract of land with improvements thereon located on South Industrial Boulevard in Dallas, Texas. The property involved was owned by Rochelle Aronoff and her husband, Nathan Aronoff, subject to the leasehold estates of Federal Sign Company of Texas...
