Real estate located in Summit County, Ohio, owned by Samuel Barner and Mitchell Wadley, was sold by the District Director of Internal Revenue for nonpayment of delinquent Internal Revenue taxes. A certificate of sale was issued to the purchasers, the appellants herein.
