This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas, which sustained an order of the state Civil Service Commission, which had affirmed the order of removal of the appellant, Dow B. Ayers, by the Director of the Department of Liquor Control.

The charges set forth in the order of removal by the Director of the Department of Liquor Control carry as a reason for appellant's discharge that he had been guilty of drunkenness...
