The parents of a 14 year old boy complained to the police that the appellant, a school teacher 24 years of age, had committed an act of perversion with their child. The appellant was interrogated by and gave a statement to the police, in which he denied the offense. Thereafter, Sergeant Smith, of the Juvenile Unit of the Anne Arundel County Police Department, filed a petition in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel...
