This is an appeal by the plaintiffs below from a decree of the Circuit Court for Worcester County. This decree "adjudged, ordered and decreed that the agreement of sale and purchase referred to in the proceedings is enforceable and that the petition for a declaratory decree * * * be and the same is hereby dismissed."
