This suit originated by plaintiffs filing a petition in the Circuit Court of Laclede County, Missouri, as representatives of the majority of the membership of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Lebanon, against defendants, constituting a minority membership of such church, to enjoin defendants from interfering with church property. The trial resulted in a judgment dissolving a temporary injunction granted plaintiffs and the dismissal of plaintiffs...
