This suit for damages was instituted in Grant Parish by Vester D. Williamson and his wife, Stella J. Williamson, against Neely Roberts, Odell Roberts and Walter Brown. It arises from an automobile accident which occurred August 26, 1954, between the 1954 Ford sedan owned by Vester D. Williamson and a truck used for hauling pulpwood, owned by Odell Roberts and driven by Walter Brown. After a trial on the merits, judgment was rendered against Odell Roberts...
