This action was commenced to recover damages for personal injuries received by respondent in an accident occurring while he was engaged in helping to harvest green peas. At the close of the evidence at the trial, a motion for a directed verdict made by defendant, Smith Frozen Foods of Idaho, Inc., was by the court sustained and the action in effect dismissed as to such defendant.
