This suit was brought by Lewis L. Gribble against Forest Blackstock, J. B. Harrell, Jr., and Nelson Clabaugh. Mr. Clabaugh is now deceased and all of his interest in the matters in controversy has been acquired and is now held by Forest Blackstock.
