This is an action to fix the boundary between two improved lots of ground in the City of New Orleans situated in Square 309, bounded by North Rampart, Andry, Burgundy and Flood (formerly Vernon) Streets.

The plaintiffs, Joseph Randazzo and his seven children, issue of his marriage with Frances Cutitto, deceased, are the owners of Lot "K" of said square, and the defendants, who are husband and wife, are the owners in community of the adjoining...
